Patricia is a seasoned leadership consultant with a business focus on change management and professional development. With a background in human resource management in successful organizations that grew through acquisition Patricia developed the belief  that change does not need to be embattled. Values need to be defined and lived and all change is personal growth. Patricia‘s career in service industries (healthcare, staffing, airline and higher ed) reinforced her belief that individuals are responsible for their own happiness at work and how we treat each other matters more than ever before.

Grounded in her belief in life long learning Patricia approaches her consulting engagements fully immersed in understanding and analyzing the organizational values, standards and aspirations. Patricia is known for “keeping it real“ and encouraging clients to solve for the right problems. Identifying and defining leadership values is an essential component of all change initiatives. Patricia is consistently recognized for her ability to assess challenges in a way that elevates the spirit and achievements of an organization or individual.

Patricia has focused her business to assist clients to consistently and strategically plan for a measured response to all change even if it is sudden.

Patricia started her practice over 15 years ago, thanks to some amazing client support, , became a respected consultant and coach to leaders in Higher Education , the arts and other successful service organizations  Patricia focuses her work on the senior leadership level of organizations based on the belief that culture is developed at the top of the organization. A focus on values, strategy, talent and self management helps to create the culture and success an  organization desires.
